  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Perishable, flammable, or hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or process an exchange.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us. We will assist you in placing a replacement order after receiving the original item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
